What is the Rapture of the Church?
The Rapture is the withdrawal of the Church from earth into Heaven at the First Coming of Christ.
The First Coming of Christ: THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH
Where in the Bible is it written about the Rapture of the Church?
Jesus talks about the Rapture in Matthew 24:40-41 Then two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left.
The apostle Paul speaks about the Rapture of the Church in 1 Corinthians 15: 51-54 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.
The Biblical View of the Rapture explained
Jesus spoke to His disciples in Matthew 24:3-8 "As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will this be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the close of the age?" And Jesus answered them, "Take heed that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not alarmed; for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places: all this is but the beginning of the birth-pangs."
These are the signs that people need to observe that the end is approaching. These signs are clear TODAY!
- The Covid virus is worldwide. It was never worldwide.
- Governments want to force the vaccine. It was never mandatory. And producers do not want to be responsible for the consequences in the future.
- The great fraud of the elections in the United States. Of course a battle between God and satan. If Joe Biden will be the new president, it will be the end of the United States with its world power and I think soon the rapture will occur. If Donald Trump continues, we do you get more time?
- The state Israel was founded in 1948 and is flourishing inaccordance with Ezekiel 37.
- Fall of parliament in Israel.
- There are many revolts in the countries, problems of racism, poverty, etc.
Jesus speaks first in verses 8 through 34 about the Great Tribulation and His Second Coming in verses 29-30 "Right after the [Great] Tribulation". . . "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory."
That is at the end of the Great Tribulation and His Second Coming WHEN ALL PEOPLE ON EARTH WILL SEE JESUS CHRIST.
Verse 34 "Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place" that is the 7 years of the Great Tribulation are fulfilled. This generation will not pass (70 or 80 years according to Psalms 90:10). In 1948 the people of Israel begin to return to Israel in accordance with Ezekiel 37 The bones came together, bone to its bone and there were sinews on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them; but there was no breath in them. BUT still has no spirit (that will happen with the 144,000 sealed ones in Rev. 7).
Is it possible to know when the Rapture will take place?
If I can say 1948 (Foundation State of Isarel) + 80 (generation in Psalms 90:10) = 2028 it could be the end of the Great Tribulation.
2028 - 7 years of Great Tribulation = 2021 the rapture ??? We have many signs today (end of 2020, this writing).
BUT verse 36 Of that day and hour, however, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Can you say that we can know the year, but not the day and time ??? Jesus is very clear in verses 32-34 and 42-44.
Is the Rapture for every Christian?
Verses 29-34 are clearly the end of the Great Tribulation. The end that Jesus talks about the Great Tribulation and His Second Coming.
Verses 32-35 are for all people, Jewish, Israelites, unbelievers and Christians.
Verses 36-39 especially for Christians.
I think from verse 36 Jesus is especially speaking to the believers in Christ, the Christians. Talking about Christ's FIRST COMING: THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH.
Verses 40 and 41 are very, very SERIOUS: Then two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left.
HERE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT CHRISTIANS !!!
Here Jesus speaks of His First Coming !!! Correct? Yes, BECAUSE at His Second Coming, everyone on earth will see Him.
Here He speaks of being taken or left.
This is in agreement of continuation of Matthew 24, namely Matthew 25 (this division is not in the original). The separation of ten wise and foolish virgins. Five wise enter the wedding, five foolish find the door closed. The wedding will be Heaven.
Prudent virgins with enough oil (= filled with the Holy Spirit) are those taken in 24:40-41.
The foolish virgins WITHOUT enough oil (= the Holy Spirit extinguish 1 Thess 5:19, living in the world) are those left at 24:40-41. Those will be left on earth and will pass the Great Tribulation and have to decide whether to accept the mark of the Beast or not and remaining faithful to Jesus Christ.
What happens at the Rapture?
Apostle Paul talks about what will happen at the Rapture of the Church:
- The mystery of changed (transformation) in 1 Corinthians 15:51-54
The video above shows that Jesus Christ leaves at the sound of the last trumpet; because the trumpet will sound in Heaven, then He goes to the CLOUDS of the earth, (watch the people on earth WILL NOT SEE HIM) and IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE (contrary to the slow one is taken in the video) the dead and alive are taken to Jesus Christ in the CLOUDS and then go all to Heaven.
During this taken, in the twinkling of an eye, we left the sinful earthly body and received a non-sinful heavenly body (= imperishable). Because? With a sinful earthly body, it is impossible to enter Heaven and face God the Father. This body must put on immortality, that is to say eternal life.
So if you have a body with a disability, blind, deaf, missing limb or so on, you get a new body without any disability. A body equivalent to the resurrected body of Jesus Christ. - Sequence in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
FIRST the dead in the LORD Jesus Christ, those who live in paradise today (Luke 16:23-26, 23:42-43) will be resurrected and will meet Jesus Christ in the Clouds, meet the Lord in the air (verse 17) and then the alive ones in the LORD (taken from Matthew 24:40-41) Jesus Christ will meet Jesus Christ in the clouds.
What happens when the Church arrives in Heaven?
- Matthew 25:10, Revelation 19:6-10 The marriage between the believers (the bride, The Church) and the Lamb Lord Jesus Christ.
- 2 Corinthians 5:10 "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive good or evil, according to what he has done in the body. " That is 1 Corinthians 3:11-15.
- Two speculations:
a. Training to be king in the 1,000-year Kingdom of Christ.
b. Training to fight satan and the nations at the end of the Great Tribulation (Rev 16:16, 19:11-21).
The Church remains in Heaven?
According to Revelation 19:14 The Church returns with Jesus Christ on earth for the final battle against satan, the Beast and the nations. This battle will take place which is called in Hebrew Armageddon (Rev. 16:16) and the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14: 1-7).
After they being defeated, the church will continue to reign with Jesus Christ in the 1000-year Kingdom of Christ (Rev. 20:1-6).
The text concerning the Rapture in the Bible
Mateus 24:36-44
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they did not know until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man. Then two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left. Watch therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the householder had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
1 Corinthians 15:51-54
Lo! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
But we would not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
